Aikido is a martial art focussed on both self-defence and personal growth. At the ANU Aikido Club, you'll learn effective techniques, build fitness and develop a mindful approach to everyday life. Our training emphasises collaboration, real world application, and continual self-development, making it ideal for anyone looking to learn, grow, and support others. Our club includes several experienced senior students, who will guide you through the fundamentals of Aikido. Whether you're completely new to martial arts or looking to expand your skills, you'll find a welcoming place here. We train on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; come along and try a session with us!
