Sign up for a short course to feel good and stay active. Between 4 and 12 weeks in length, short courses help you learn a new skill and are open to anyone! Plus, ANU students receive discounted rates on all courses.

Whether you’re a mum (or looking to be one soon), recently took up a high impact sport or have lost weight recently this is the course for you! We’ll explore the workings of your core as well as your pelvic floor & diaphragm, and teach you how to build strength and stability (aka reliability) into these areas. If you’re interested in aesthetic abs this will set you up with lots of safe exercises with levels to match your abilities as you aim for that 8 pack. Whatever your goals and ability level, this course will support you from continence support all the way to summer body.
