UniSport Nationals

UniSport Australia is the peak governing body of university sport in Australia and organises a variety of sporting competitions for university students from around the country every year. ANU Sport is one of the 43 member universities and has a strong history of student representation in UniSport’s events.  

This website contains all the info you need in order to represent the ANU at UniSport Nationals, including links to registration and to purchase uniforms. It also contains information about local intervarsity opportunities for students to represent ANU in local competitions.

Nationals 2026 is the largest event, consisting of over 30 sports in Perth, WA, but there are also a number of other standalone events throughout the year.

• Indigenous Nationals 39 Jun - 3 July University of Newcastle, NSW
• Distance Running Nationals 4-5 July Gold Coast, QLD
• T20 Cricket Nationals 27 - 31 July Sunshine Coast, QLD
• Surfing Nationals 28 - 30 July Sunshine Coast, QLD
• Cheer & Dance Nationals 10 August Melbourne, VIC
• Cross Country Nationals 22-23 August Ballarat, VIC
• UniSport Nationals 26 Sept - 3 Oct Perth, WA
• Snow Nationals 31 Aug - 2 Sept Mt Buller, VIC
