A designated space to get your heart pumping. Never wait for a machine again, we’ve got over 50 pieces of cardio equipment, from stationary bikes to treadmills, rowers to stairmasters, and more.
Functional Training Studio
The Functional Training Studio is THE spot for warm-ups, stretching, and cool downs. It has a range of equipment that you won't find anywhere else in the gym. It also includes spaces for free weight training, cardio equipment, and a prowler sled track.
Strength and Conditioning Room
Home to our resident powerlifters, the S&C room is a specialised space for smashing PBs and some fancy new equipment of ours. All members are encouraged to make use of the five lifting platforms, squat racks (both stationary and mobile), and more barbells than you can plate.
A calm, serene space overlooking Sullivan’s Creek. Used for our smaller Yoga and Pilates classes, equipped with mats, blocks, and other yoga accessories. Please note this room is not open for member use outside of Group Fitness Classes.
With a fully padded floor and additional crash mats, our martial arts clubs make good use of this space. Also used for our larger Yoga and Pilates classes, all equipment provided. Please note this room is not open for member use outside of Group Fitness Classes.
The home of many group fitness classes here at ANU Sport. Studio 1 is decked out with a stage and sound system, plenty of windows looking out over campus, and all the equipment you need for BodyPump, Zumba, plus more. Indoor Cycling Studio
Home to our signature RPM spin classes, the ICS is the perfect place for conquering those hill climbs. Wear your brightest neon or white tops, because its cooly lit with black lighting. Please note this room is not open for member use outside of Group Fitness Classes.
Level 3 is an open space full of everything you need for your free weights training and is specifically curated for athletic development. The open floor space provides an excellent place to warm up, stretch and cooldown. The cardio equipment and long prowler sled track are great for getting your heart rate elevated too.
