Intro to reformer

This uplifting short course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, beginner‑friendly environment.

Across two sessions each week, you’ll learn how to use the reformer safely and effectively while building strength, mobility, and body awareness. Each class will guide you through controlled movements that improve posture, enhance core stability, and leave you feeling balanced and energised.

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, you’ll progress steadily and confidently throughout the program.
