WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Mitt Work (kung fu): 4-week course commencing on 4 May, Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00 pm
Yoga: 4-week course commencing on 2 May, Mondays 6:30pm – 8:00pm
ANU Sport Strength: 8-week course commencing on 31 May, participants nominate to attend 1 up to 3 sessions per week

Female-Identifying (FI) Only Gym: Learn how to perfect your gym skills in a safe gym environment with Aurora, our new FI personal trainer. You will leave this with more knowledge and experience!

Running Mechanics and Technique: This is a six week running program based on sprint and acceleration technique, sprint mechanisms to minmise injury along with team sport movement specific speed!
