Newly introduced HIIT classes headline revised Group Fitness Schedule

The new ANU Sport Group Fitness schedule goes LIVE on the 19th April.

The highlight of the new launch is the introduction of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the regular timetable.  

HIIT is one of the most popular classes ever – and we’re looking forward to offering our members and guests three sessions per week, with three different class durations ranging from 30 minutes to an hour:

HIIT 30, Level 3, Monday 6:30am
HIIT 45, Level 3, Friday 5:30pm
HIIT 60, Level 3, Saturday 3:00pm

Due to popular demand, an extra weekly dose of Tactical Fitness has been added to the schedule. The new class time is listed here:

Tactical fitness, Level 3, Wednesday 6:30pm

Under the new April 19 schedule, we’ve made some other changes.

The following individual class times will be discontinued:

Les Mills RPM - 6:30am Tuesday
Les Mills Bodyattack - 12:15pm Thursday
Les Mills Bodypump - 12:15pm Friday
Les Mills BodyBalance - 6:00pm Friday
Female Fitness - 3:00pm Saturday (course canceled)


Les Mills Sh’bam, RPM, Bodypump, Bodyattack and Body Balance are all STILL available at ANU Sport from April 19-onwards.
Please consult the NEW timetable for specific class times.

The 3pm Female Fitness class on Saturday has been discontinued.
