NEWS: ANU Sport's newest arrival 'HIIT's the ground running!
It was worth the wait!
After many member requests, ANU Sport is delighted to announce the super-popular HIIT class will be a regular NEW addition to our Group Fitness Schedule from April 19, 2021.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is at the forefront of effective fitness improvement and calorie expenditure.
This class is a time-efficient way to fire your metabolism and work up a sweat.
HIIT at ANU sport caters to members of all fitness levels from beginners to professionals; beginners can expect to kickstart their fitness journey with this class, and experienced athletes will see fitness improvement that transfers to their sports and gym training.
This class will include aerobic, anaerobic, power-building, and weight-based movements. Time intervals will range from super-intense Tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) to sets of several minutes.
HIIT will be offered at multiple times during the week – and is available in 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions.
Come to ANU Sport and give HIIT at try. All members are eligible for a class.

HIIT 30 Level 3, Monday 6:30am
HIIT 45 Level 3, Friday 5:30pm
HIIT 60 Level 3, Saturday 3:00pm
