Fitness Class Timetable


A fun, intense workout using traditional boxing techniques (partner pad-work) and fitness drills with a PT. Boxfitness is a great way to learn boxing skills, improve your cardiovascular fitness and develop upper-body and core strength. Equipment is provided and bringing a partner is optional.

This week's classes:

Studio 1 - Monday - 6:30pm
Studio 1 - Wednesday - 8:00am
Studio 1 - Saturday - 11:15am (Free for ANU students)
