A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition you get a total body workout.

Studio 1 - Monday - 7:00am
Studio 1 - Monday - 5:30pm (Free for ANU students)
Studio 1 - Tuesday - 5:30pm
Studio 1 - Wednesday - 7:00am
Studio 1 - Wednesday - 6:30pm
Studio 1 - Thursday - 5:30pm
Studio 1 - Saturday - 9:00am
Studio 1 - Sunday - 9:00am
