Tactical Fitness - Level 3

A class designed for developing power, muscular strength/endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Variety of complex movements to create an intense workout.

Level 3 - Tuesday - 7:00AM
Level 3 - Wednesday - 6:30PM
Level 3 - Thursday - 7:00AM
Level 3 - Saturday - 9:30AM
Level 3 - Sunday - 3:00PM
