Fitness Class Timetable


An intense, 30-minute HIIT-style workout where 100% efforts are utilized for short periods of time with quick rest times in between. This PT-led class will get your heart racing like no other! Tabata is designed to greatly improve your anaerobic fitness.

This week's classes:

Level 3 - Tuesday - 12:15pm (Free for ANU students)
Level 3 - Wednesday - 4:30pm
Level 3 - Thursday - 8:00am
