Fitness Class Timetable


A strength-building workout with added conditioning. In a Metcon class, you can challenge yourself to lift heavy on compounds, accessories, and power movements. This class will help you to get stronger with weightlifting and bodyweight exercises, and to build up a sweat with finisher rounds, interval sets and more.
