LesMills RPM

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Fun, low impact cardiovascular workout where the instructor will take you through hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

This week's classes:

Indoor Cycling - Monday - 6:00pm
Indoor Cycling - Tuesday - 5:30pm
Indoor Cycling - Thursday - 12:15pm (Free for ANU students)
Indoor Cycling - Saturday - 8:30am
