Tactical Shred:
A full-body workout that combines elements of strength, cardiovascular endurance and power. Tactical shred has longer sets, more reps and is a perfect opportunity to improve all aspects of your training performance.

A strength-building workout with added conditioning. In a Metcon class, you can challenge yourself to lift heavy on compounds, accessories, and power movements. This class will help you to get stronger with weightlifting and bodyweight exercises, and to build up a sweat with finisher rounds, interval sets and more.

To ensure your safety, participants who arrive 5 minutes after the class has begun (once the warm up is completed) may be refused entry at the instructor’s discretion.

Don’t forget! Always visit reception to sign-in prior to attending your desired class. Appropriate clothing and footwear are advised so that you can make the most out of our classes. Please also remember to bring a towel and pre-filled drink bottle.
