This energising short course is designed to build your fitness and confidence with just two one-hour sessions each week.

Each week includes a morning run to boost your endurance and a gym-based strength session to build power and resilience. Whether you're new to running or getting back into it, you'll steadily progress over the program. It all culminates in a friendly and inclusive 5K fun run, where you’ll put your training into action and celebrate your achievement surrounded by a supportive community.

          6:30am -7:30am on Thursdays

                  Thursday -Outside TASA Cafe at ANU Sport
