About You

You bring a positive, outgoing approach and are a confident communicator who thrives on face-to-face interaction. You’re a natural team player who contributes to a supportive workplace culture, while also being able to work independently when required.

In these customer-facing roles, you demonstrate consistency and reliability, with the ability to maintain a high standard of performance throughout your shift. These positions are rostered at various times throughout our operational hours, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm and 8:00 am – 7:00 pm on weekends.

You will also have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to work autonomously while remaining accountable
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

 

The Roles

Personal Trainers (industry qualification required)
Deliver engaging, safe and effective training sessions while building strong relationships with clients to support their health and fitness goals. Learn more about the position here

Facilities Supervisors
Oversee day-to-day operations of ANU Sport facilities, ensuring a safe, engaging and functional environment for all users. Learn more about the position here

Customer Service Officers
Be the face of ANU Sport, delivering exceptional front-line service, assisting members and visitors, and supporting daily operations. Learn more about the position here
