One of the benefits of being a Student at ANU is that we can offer you exclusive FREE Group Fitness classes every day of the week! So, you can start your day the right way and stay fit, healthy and active!

Our morning classes are scheduled every day of the week, except Friday and Sunday, with Les Mills RPM kicking off proceedings in the Indoor Cycling Studio at 7:30am on Monday.

Studio 1 is the venue for our Tuesday morning offering as Les Mills Bodypump gets the blood circulating, with the ever popular Les Mills Bodybalance taking over on Wednesday morning.

Bodyattack is your option to start your Thursday off on the right note, whilst our Yoga, held in the Dojo, rounds off the week on Saturday morning, 

These Group Fitness Classes are FREE for all ANU Students and, during the first week of the semester, have been attracting large numbers. 

Thinking of attending one of our free classes? Make sure that you expediate the process by signing up for your class pass in advance. All you need to do is register for the free class pass and once registered visit reception to activate your student card for access.
