Starting on the 1st of August we will be running a 5 week Women's Introduction to the Gym course.
Accredited personal trainer Brendan Sainsbury will be running the course, perfect for individuals who are new to the gym.
The course will cover a variety of key training principles such as technique, nutrition and training plans to ensure that you are getting the most out of your workouts.
The course will be run in small groups with other individuals who are looking to making a healthy change in their life.
The course is an absolute bargain at $50 for 5 sessions, that can be the same price as just 1 session with a personal trainer.
