Circuit

A functional training class that combines cardiovascular and strength work. Using exercises and equipment in a circuit layout to improve overall fitness.

This week's classes:

Level 3 - Monday - 12:15pm (Free for ANU students)
Level 3 - Tuesday - 5:30pm
Level 3 - Thursday - 5:30pm
Level 3 - Friday - 12:15pm
