Fitness Class Timetable


A high-energy fitness class combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises. Build stamina, coordination and agility with this whole body workout.

This week's classes:

Studio 1 - Tuesday - 6:30AM
Studio 1 - Wednesday - 5:30PM
Studio 1 - Thursday - 7:30AM (Free for ANU students)
Studio 1 - Sunday - 10:00AM
