Tactical Fitness

A class designed for developing power, muscular strength/endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Variety of complex movements to create an intense workout.

This week's classes:

Level 3 - Monday - 5:30pm
Level 3 - Tuesday - 7:00am
Level 3 - Thursday - 7:00am
Level 3 - Thursday - 12:15pm
Level 3 - Saturday - 9:00am
Level 3 - Saturday - 10:15am
Level 3 - Sunday - 10:15am
