Yoga 2 (The Dojo)

Yoga 2 is designed for participants who have had previous yoga experience. Poses require a bit more strength, flexibility and balance to challenge the body and mind.

Level 3 - Tuesday - 5:30PM
The Dojo - Thursday - 8:00AM
