Fitness Class Timetable

Yoga 1 & 2

Yoga 1-2 is a class designed for beginners and students with some knowledge of yoga. Class includes modifications and the use of props to ensure postures and sequences are practiced safely.

This week's classes:

The Dojo - Thursday - 12:15PM
Level 3 - Thursday - 5:30PM
The Dojo - Saturday - 10:00AM (Free for ANU students)
