This group fitness timetable runs from the 3rd of January until the 24th of February, during the summer break.

With over 70 classes a week, as well as sophisticated and dedicated group fitness spaces, including an indoor cycling studio, you’re sure to find a class suited to your fitness ability.
ANU Sport offers the latest and trendiest Les Mills classes including BODYBALANCE™, SH’BAM™, BODYPUMP™, RPM™, BODYATTACK™ and GRIT™. We also offer unique training programs including Functional Fitness, Circuit, Circuit Core, Boxfit, Female Tactical Fitness and Tactical Fitness, all presented by our talented and driven personal trainers.

To ensure your safety- participants who arrive 5 minutes after the class has begun (once the warm up is completed) may be refused entry at the instructor’s discretion.
Don’t forget! Always visit reception or group fitness kiosk prior to attending your desired class to get a class receipt. Appropriate clothing and footwear are advised so that you can make the most out of our classes.
