The gym can often be a daunting place at the best of times, let alone if you are new and don't know the difference between a bench press and a bicep curl.
ANU Sport is looking to make the transition into the world of fitness that little bit easier for you!
Starting soon we will be running a 5 week Women's Introduction to the Gym course.
One of our accredited personal trainers will be running the course, perfect for individuals who are new to the gym.
The course will cover a variety of key training principles such as technique, how to use the gym machines and training plans to ensure that you are getting the most out of your workouts.
The course will be run in small groups with other individuals who are looking to making a healthy change in their life.
The course is an absolute bargain at $100 for 5 sessions (for non-members) and $50 for members, which is the same price as less than 2 sessions with a personal trainer.
